I recently had a great stay at a charming hotel in the countryside. The hotel had a cozy, old-fashioned feel to it, with nicely remodeled rooms and a beautiful balcony. The staff were friendly and spoke English, which made communication easy. I was also impressed with the free parking facility, as well as the spacious and comfortable bathroom. The hotel's convenient location near the Serbian border made it perfect for a transit stay.
Everything met my expectations.

The hotel had a great location as it was close to the border, making it convenient for my business trip. the staff was really friendly and spoke English which made communication easy for me. Another great aspect was the comfortable and clean room which had a nice view from the balcony.
The shower in the morning didn't have hot water which was quite unpleasant. It seems like the hotel has an insufficient water heating system causing the water to become cold after several minutes of usage.

Best aspects of our Xmas stay: The hotel location was great, we were able to easily access the major attractions of the city. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always smiling and trying to meet guests' needs. The room was spacious, tidy and had everything you need for your stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a variety of options to choose from.
Worst aspects of our Xmas stay: Unfortunately, the hotel needs an upgrade as it felt quite old fashioned.
